Job Description
Civil Engineers for Lincolnshire, IL location. Conduct roadway engineering design and planning. Assist with developing plans and profiles and intersection details, including drainage systems, cross sections, maintenance of traffic plans, and erosion control plans. Assist with traffic analysis and traffic management. Work on projects of different levels of complexity from proposal to completion with oversight from a licensed engineer. Analyze project status and, when necessary, review the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure the project requirements can be met. Apply engineering theory, design principles, and mechanics to various structural engineering design problems. Help prepare research reports, calculation packages, design drawings, and presentations to communicate solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical environment: Bently MicroStation, OpenRoads, Excel, Bluebeam, Adobe, Google Maps, IDOT Standards, District Standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or any Engineering field or a related field required. Required Education or Experience: Bently MicroStation, OpenRoads, Excel, Bluebeam, Adobe, Google Maps, IDOT Standards, District Standards.
$74,256/yr – $80,080/yr
