AGI as a surveying sub consultant to CTE engineering performed all the required work for land acquisition associated with the relocation of U.S. Route 41 from 79th Street to S. Harbor Avenue (9200 South). Preparation of the plat of survey, plat of highways, staking of new alignment, topographical survey of a 55 acre parcel, and plats of survey for new alignment. Additional work accomplished:

  • Establishment of control points and temporary bench marks, cross-section survey points for the existing centerline, and preparation of detailed drawings for all utility structures

  • Preparation of legal description for the subdivided properties

  • Preparation of the legal description for the land acquisition of 118 parcels

  • Stake out and set monuments for the relocated right-of-way

  • Stake out and set monuments for the 55 parcels
