Responsible for the design plans, specifications, cost estimate and quantities for superstructure removal and replacement with substructure repairs. The existing PPC Deck Beams will be replaced in-kind with a 5 inch non-composite concrete overlay. The abutments will be repaired with formed concrete repair and epoxy crack injection as needed. The approach spans and sidewalks will be removed and replaced. Safety improvements include replacing existing guardrail. All work will be done utilizing a detour route.
