Design engineering work to reconstruct S. Kostner Avenue, S. Kilbourn Avenue, and W. 31st Street adjacent to the proposed high school. Work includes topographic survey, sub-surface investigation, existing and proposed plans, profiles, cross-sections, quantity take-off, engineer’s estimate, and coordination with Chicago Department of Transportation, Chicago Department of Water Management, and the Public Building Commission. The project also includes a hydraulic study for existing and proposed storm sewers.
